Tights Tuesday: Oroblu Floriana Tights

Truth be told, when it comes to most things, I'm more of a fall person than a spring person. Sure, I like football, but I also like those first few crisp mornings after the summer heat. I like the change of the seasons, leaves turning, weather cooling...all of those things. But one place where spring may have fall beaten, is fashion, particularly the infusing of bright colors and uplifting patterns, as we slowly wake up from the long winter.

The Oroblu Floriana Tights, my pick of the week from UK Tights, are just that pair of tights. Gone are all of the winter blacks, for a lighter, brighter color. Here are the floral patterns, to remind us that brighter days are finally here. These are just the tights for the season.

Done in a 'Meringue' color, which is somewhere between an off-white and a beige, these tights have a floral pattern that is done in a very soft watercolor type style. It is the perfect subtle reminder of spring, done on the soft comfortable tights, that I've come to expect from Oroblu. These tights do a great job capturing all the good feelings of spring, and the anticipation of another happy summer.

The tights are made in Italy from a blend of 78% nylon and 22% elastane and are sheer to waist. They are sheer yet durable and comfortable at 20 denier with flat seams and a cotton gusset. They come in 3 sizes, fitting heights between 4'8" and 5'11". They cost £13.75 (less than $16). Not a bad price to pay for yet another exceptional pair of fashion tights from Oroblu.
